Tips to Stay GMO Free

If you are interested in staying GMO free, there are some helpful resources to aid you in this transition.

Other things to keep in mind when trying to stay GMO free:

  • Only a few GM crops are known to be grown commercially: corn, Hawaiian papaya, soybeans, zucchini, and yellow summer squash. 
  • Make sure to choose meat from a supplier that has verified that GMOs aren't included in their animals' feed.
