Other things to keep in mind when trying to stay GMO free:
- Only a few GM crops are known to be grown commercially: corn, Hawaiian papaya, soybeans, zucchini, and yellow summer squash.
- Make sure to choose meat from a supplier that has verified that GMOs aren't included in their animals' feed.
